Jose Eduardo C. Ferreira

Jose Eduardo Ferreira, Investment Advisor and Partner at Elysium Capital Management LLC, has a Masters of International Business as well as degrees in International Business & Management from Florida International University. Prior to Elysium he worked at RBC Wealth Management where he serviced clients in Brazil, Venezuela, Colombia, and Argentina. Born in Rio de Janeiro, Jose Eduardo now focuses exclusively on Brazilian clients and visits the country twice a year. He holds both Series 7 and Series 66 licenses and uses a combination of stocks, bonds, mutual funds, and ETFs to customize portfolios based on each client’s investment goals and liquidity needs.

Kassandra Santana has been in the financial industry since 2016, with a focus on operations, compliance, and account structures.
She holds the Series 7, 24, and 99 licenses, and has experience supporting financial advisors and clients in day-to-day brokerage activities.
Her background includes working with broker-dealers, managing account setups, processing transactions, and ensuring regulatory procedures are followed accurately. Kassandra is known for being reliable, detail-oriented, and solution-driven—especially when it comes to keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes for clients.
Deidry Feliz
DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

Deidry Feliz joined Bolton Global Capital in June 2022 as the Director of Operations. Her key responsibilities include leading the operations team, driving effective change management, building organizational resilience to minimize operational risk, and provide customized operational solutions to high producing financial advisor teams.

Deidry has a depth and breadth of experiences in the Financial Services Industry, which include more than 18 years of experience with focus on operations, credit products, trading, compliance, and client services. She holds FINRA Series 7 and 24 licenses and is fluent in English and Spanish.
Prior to joining Bolton Global Capital, Deidry worked in various roles at Citi International Private Banking as well as managing and developing staff. Some of her previous roles at Citi include: Vice president of Client Sales and Engagement Support, Senior Fixed Income Trader and Control and Compliance Specialist. Her last role at Citi was as the Vice President of Wealth Management Product Specialist in which she advised and provided insight and recommendation on innovative and strategic product development and provided subject matter expertise on product development, price, promotions, launching and marketing to improve client experience and portfolio growth.

Phil Grenier

Phil Grenier currently manages Bolton Global Capital’s trading desk which is responsible for fixed income, options, FX, and equity trading. He has 16 years of industry experience. Phil graduated from New England Conservatory, and holds an MBA from Suffolk University in Boston, MA. He also holds FINRA Series 7, 24, and 63 licenses.
